1. Scope of Services

Crosby Christian Care provides faith-based coaching and counseling services that integrate Christian principles, spiritual guidance, and personal development support.

Depending on the specific service:

  • Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health disorders. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and spiritual encouragement.

  • Counseling may involve deeper emotional and relational work. If counseling services are provided by a licensed professional, they are subject to applicable professional and ethical standards.

You understand that results are not guaranteed and that your progress depends largely on your own participation, effort, and circumstances.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for seeking professional medical or mental health treatment when needed.

  • If you are experiencing a crisis, suicidal thoughts, or an emergency, you will call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

We do not provide emergency services.
