Individual or Couples Counseling to address your current circumstances, your overall situation, and any of  your concerns. All sessions are on Zoom.

Coaching Workshop

90-Minute Your Next Right Step Workshop.  Find peace and courage when you don't know what's next. You will find your NEXT RIGHT STEP. Small Group Session  is on Zoom.

Individual Coaching​

One-on-one, faith-based support to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and grow personally and spiritually.  You will leave with actionable steps to reach your goals.

4-Week Coaching Package

Four small group sessions--a deeper dive into Your Next Right Step plus one individual session with Coach Dena.​ Group sessions are once a week for four weeks​.

6-Week Coaching Package

Six small group sessions--an even deeper dive into Your Next Right Step plus two individual sessions with Coach Dena. Workbook included.​ Group sessions are once a week for six weeks​.
